Health, safety and environmental stewardship are non-negotiable pillars of how Inflix Engineering operates. Engineering excellence includes protecting the people doing the work.
What happens before work starts
- A site-specific safety plan is prepared for the project
- Every worker completes an induction before entering the site
- Hazards are identified, recorded and mitigated at the planning stage
What happens on site
- Personal protective equipment is mandatory and checked on entry
- Trained first aiders and stocked provisions are available
- Incidents are reported through a documented route from site to head office
Inflix is a registered workplace with the Occupational Safety and Health Authority under registration number DAR/11351 3304/19/20, and our teams undergo regular training, risk assessments and emergency drills.
Safety is everyone’s responsibility. From leadership to labour, every team member is empowered to uphold HSE standards and to report concerns without hesitation.
Environmental practice runs alongside: we work to NEMC guidelines, manage erosion and water, segregate waste and specify low-impact materials wherever the design allows.
