Inflix Engineering has completed a four-storey residential building in the Magomeni area of Kinondoni Municipality, Dar es Salaam, for client Jimba Ally Ngozi.
The project was delivered end to end: reinforced concrete frame, blockwork, and full internal and external finishes, with the electrical and mechanical installations integrated as the structure progressed.
Building construction, Class V
The works were executed under our Contractors Registration Board Building registration, Class V, using certified materials and skilled labour throughout.
A second, larger commercial residential building for the same client on Plot No. 116 & 117, Block R in Magomeni remains ongoing.
